For this project I helped Frolic Studio to further develop their data logging solution for the Shell TapUp fleet of fueling service cars.

The data acquisition module is mounted in their cars and sends updates on transactions, location and many other parameters to a MQTT server via the cellular network. The result is an IoT solution to easily monitor all cars in their fleet.

 

The scope of this iteration was to develop the existing software to work with new sensors and to add data logging to the existing setup.

 

Later on, the hardware required an update as well to accomodate some new I/O's and a new user interface to simplify the operation for the user.
